The DOSTOWIN.exe is a very simple program. Its goal is to identify all the problems you may have in your current database and allow you
fix the problems in an easy manner.
 
1. Download the DOSTOWIN.EXE file from the internet to your desktop. In order to unzip the files, you will need to call Michael Walylko
at (888) 832-6363 ext 2011 to acquire a password. Once you receive the password, double-click on the new icon called DOSTOWIN.EXE. Type in the password, then click OK.

2. Next, right-click on your TeamDME! icon and select PROPERTIES, then click on the PROGRAM tab. Please write down the path in the
WORKING line. For example, on a 1 user system it should say "C:\spectrum\data". On a multi-user system it might say "F:\spectrum\data"
(Once you have written the path down, click the CANCEL button). Now, double-click the MY COMPUTER icon on the desktop. Next,
double-click on the appropriate drive letter listed in the path from above. Finally, double-click on the appropriate folders to get into
your data directory. Once inside the data directory, click on EDIT then SELECT ALL (This should highlight everything). Then, click EDIT,
then COPY. Now, click the BACK button to go back to your original view under MY COMPUTER and double-click on the C drive. Finally,
double-click on the DATAOLD directory. Then, click on EDIT, then PASTE. At this point, your data should copy to the DATAOLD directory.

***WARNING: DO NOT RUN THIS PROGRAM ON LIVE DATA. ONLY RUN THE PROGRAM ON THE COPIED DATA AS IT MUST ALTER SOME DATABASES WHICH WILL THEN RENDER THEM UNUSABLE TO THE TEAMDME! PROGRAM!**

3. Once all the files copy over, double-click on the filename DOSTOWIN.EXE or DOSTOWIN. The program will run through your data and create a file called DOSTOWIN.TXT. Once the black screen disappears, find the DOSTOWIN.TXT file and double-click on it. This report is showing what needs to be fixed. We suggest printing the document for review.

4. The last step would be going into TeamDME! and fixing the problems listed in the DOSTOWIN.TXT file. Once you've corrected some
errors, repeat steps 2 and 3 to see the output. Once the TXT file is clean, you should be ready for a successful conversion.
