How to use Service Tickets.

1. Go to Inventory/Tracked/Enter Tracked Transaction.
2. Select the Serial# that will have the activity.
3. Enter the Transaction Date. (This is the day it is entered into the system)
4. Enter the description of the transaction type....IE....Repair.....Maintenance...etc.
5. Enter the Service amount. (This is the COST of the repair....IE...the cost of the parts and/or labor...etc. This will be used in the Display Tracked Transactions screen to calculate profit on the item.
6. Enter the Patient Account number.
7. Enter the Current Service Hours.
8. Enter the Next Service Date. (This is the date that will be selected when printing the Service Report)
9. Enter the Next Service Hours.
10. Post the transaction.
11. Go to Inventory/Reports/Print Service Report and put in the date range desired. This will show what is due to be serviced.
12. Go to Inventory/Reports/Print Service Tickets. The tickets will print for everything that was on the Print Service Report.
